Clear your calendars! The Filey Folk Festival is officially back for 2026, bringing three days of incredible live music to our coast from Friday 1st May to Sunday 3rd May 2026. πΈβ¨
Following the massive success of our previous years, the team is hard at work to make 2026 our most melodic year yet. With over 100 musicians and counting performing everything from traditional folk and Americana to Blues and Country, Filey is the place to be this May Day Bank Holiday!
We are beyond excited to welcome a brand new venue to the festival family this year: π· FadΓ³ & Tide β Come and check out this fantastic new addition to our musical map!

Want to play unplugged or share a song? The festival is all about community, so bring your instrument!
This year we have TWO locations for our led acoustic singaround sessions! The Belle Vue (Downstairs Bar) and for 1 session, welcoming back The Foords Hotel into the swing of things!
NOTE The Foords Hotel session. Is on Sunday 12-3pm! To get into The Foords Hotel, enter via the entrance located on Mitford Street. Long driveway, with two cobles (boats) leading the way, go all the way up the drive, past the fairy lights, and porcelain throne planters (You'll see!)... last door on the left.. Cash, Dogs welcome.

π» The Belle Vue (Downstairs Bar): Our popular led Singarounds/Sessions are the heart of the festival. Join us downstairs for a relaxed, unplugged experience at these times:
π€ Open Mics: Fancy dropping in for a few songs? Jump on the mic at The Imperial, Bonhommes Bar, and The Belle Vue.
πΊ The Cobblers Arms: Hosting an open session throughout the course of the weekend for anyone to pop in, play, and sing. Stop by on Fri, Sat, or Sun to share a song or two and try some of their great craft beers! Please note: Music by request of venue must finish by 10:00 PM.
As a not-for-profit event, we rely entirely on your support to keep the music playing and the entry free. Every penny goes toward festival running costs.
