A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this year's festival so incredible. I’ll try to keep it short and sweet! (mostly long)

To the Venues: Thank you for hosting performances throughout the weekend, with an extra special shout-out to those dealing directly with the Festival team!

To the Musicians & Families: Thank you to everyone who traveled far and wide, especially those who stayed the entire weekend. Your commitment doesn’t go unnoticed! (And a massive thank you to the families traveling with them, too!)

To the Stage Organizers: Thank you for keeping the gears turning.

To the Audiences & Supporters: Thank you to everyone who came to listen, sing, dance, and support. As a musician myself, I know just how much that means! And to those who simply stumbled across the festival and stayed to enjoy it—welcome to the family! (Same time, same place next year? )

To our Advertisers & Funders: Thank you to everyone who advertised in our Festival Guide. To our funders, whom we proudly call ‘Friends of the Festival’—your support is about so much more than just finances. It goes a massive way toward making the festival a success every year. To every Guide Purchase: Thank you to everyone who bought the guide! This is the 3rd year of my designing it—I hope you liked it, and I hope the Wall of Fame was a nice new addition!

A Personal, Super-Big Thank You to Siân-Elizabeth Powell: "Thank you" isn't big enough. You’ve no doubt seen her running around all weekend, but she puts time and effort into this all year round (in sickness and in health—and she’s still at it now!). The behind-the-scenes work often goes unspoken, but someone has to write the emails, make the calls, talk to funders, write bids, handle the banking, and keep records. The list is endless, and we couldn't do it without her.

We hope you ALL had a great festival! It seemed to fly by so quickly this year. The weather was glorious for the most part—even if Sunday was a little cooler with the sea fret, it certainly didn't dampen anyone's spirits!

We are three years into this format now, and hearing the buzz that it's getting better and better means the world. We already have some great ideas to take the festival further next year, and any suggestions are always welcome!

Just a quick note: This is by no means a post to apply to play for next year! We know you’re excited, but that post will come in due time.

The only last thing to say really is: THANK YOU!

See you all again soon!
